Fried sweet dumplings filled with semolina flour, cardamoms and almonds |

Ingredients |

- ½ cup clarified butter (ghee)

- 1 cup wheat flour
- 200 gm crushed Jaggery (gur)
- ¼ cup crushed almonds, keep a little for garnishing.

Method |
- Heat a pan; add in clarified butter (ghee). Add wheat flour and stir on low to medium heat, for about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Mix in the crushed Jaggery (gur) and almonds and stir together till it all gets well mixed for about 2 to 3 minutes. Close burner.
- Pour out and flatten the ready mixture onto a round bowl or dish. Garnish with crushed almonds. Allow to cool, cut out into cubes or diamond shapes before serving.
